You can choose the shipping method you want on the Billing, Shipping, and Review page during the Checkout process. There are three main shipping methods to choose from:

UPS Shipping
UPS shipping method delivery times are between 3 - 6 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item.

DHL Shipping
DHL shipping method delivery times are also between 3 - 6 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item.

EMS Shipping
For some items, there is an option to ship your order by EMS. If your order qualifies for shipping by EMS it will automatically appear as an option when you checkout. Delivery times are between 5 – 9 days for all major destinations. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are  lower if this option is chosen.

Any products with the Free Shipping sticker have no shipping costs, regardless of location or item quantity. Delivery times are usually the same as standard shipping.

Some products carry the Bulk Sale Free Shipping sticker. This means that shipping is free or discounted when a certain number of items are ordered. More details can be found on individual product information pages that carry this sticker.

Calculate Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. For this reason, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping.

To estimate shipping cost for any product item or combination of items:

1. On the item’s product information page, click the Add to Cart button . You will be then taken to your Shopping Cart page.

2. View the total shipping costs for the items in your cart under Estimate Shipping Costs at the bottom of the page.

3. Choose the country you want your order delivered to from the Ship to: drop down menu for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.

4.You can also access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart  at the top of every page on WholesalesGlobal.com .

Note: Adding an item to your shopping cart puts you under no obligation to order. If after viewing estimated shipping costs you no longer wish to order an item, simply click Delete  next to the item name in your shopping cart to remove it.

Estimate Total Delivery Time

Before your order is shipped, WholesalesGlobal.com has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different to shipping time alone.

Do I Have To Sign For The Goods?

Yes, WholesalesGlobal will send the goods with UPS requiring a signature. This protects you against wrong delivery and means WholesalesGlobal can totally guarantee your goods will arrive with you, or your money back.

Do I Have To Pay Import Taxes?

Check with your country’s Customs if there are taxes or fees to pay when you import electronics from China. Tell them the type of products and $ values you are importing. With UPS shipments the clearance is handled by UPS and if there are taxes to pay, you are invoiced at the point of delivery.

How Can I Contact UPS?

Can I use UPS delivery for dropshipping?

Yes, the package will be dropshipped direct to the address you specify in the shipping address. Remember for all dropship deliveries you need to supply the consignee’s phone number for the courier in case of delivery exceptions.

WholesalesGlobal currently ships small and medium sized orders by international courier.

The shipping rates can be previewed inside the WholesalesGlobal online shop checkout system. If you need shipping quotes, you need to register, login, and follow the checkout steps to see P&P different prices for different delivery locations.

You will be able to choose a courier, e.g. choose between FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

Occasionally we have to change the courier you have selected because of regional restrictions, but if the courier is changed later you won’t be charged extra.

* “Are the packages insured?”

Shipping with couriers is insured and trackable online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery. In rare cases of lost packages or mis-delivery, WholesalesGlobal will offer full assistance and if necessary make insurance claims in your place while shipping replacements to you.

* “Couriers are expensive – Can you ship by EMS or post?”

Yes, you can choose the “Air Mail” option in the online checkout for a cheaper alternative to courier shipping. If you specifically require China EMS shipping, just request that using the text comments box in the online checkout process, and we will contact you to discuss it.

* “How long do you take to ship items to me?”

There is no single answer to this question: delivery times (like shipping costs) depend entirely on the items you ordered, the size of the order, and the destination. The majority of orders arrive with our customers within 10 days of placing an order online. Depending on what you order, your goods could arrive with you in a shorter timeframe than that.

If you are a drop-shipping to your customers, e.g. for an Ebay auction sale, we strongly recommend that you buy one sample of the product shipped to yourself to find out the delivery process timeframe and possible import taxes. If you are dropshipping from WholesalesGlobal, you also need to bear in mind that Customs clearance in your country could add delays and taxes/fees for the recipient, so check with your local Customs, chat to WholesalesGlobal about it, and make sure you are up front about this with your end customers. WholesalesGlobal has hundreds of regular dropship business buyers, from Ebay Powersellers to small online shops, and you can start your own international selling business with our help.

If there are longer delays with an order for some reason, we will contact you. If you are concerned that an order is taking too long to deliver, please open a support ticket quoting your order number and we will get back to you quickly.

* “I have an account with DHL / FedEx / UPS – please can you bill the shipping to their account?”

Currently this service is not available. However if you have a forwarder in China or Hong Kong we can arrange for them to collect the goods from our warehouse in order for you to use their shipping methods.

* “What if I am making a large / bulk order?”

We will provide you with personal customer service for large volume wholesale orders and discuss the shipping options fully.

Depending on the courier chosen, there may be a 1-working-day gap between dispatching goods from our warehouse in China and getting the tracking number.

If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means we have not sent out your order yet. Most orders take 1-3 days to check, pack, and dispatch. If you are wondering where your order has got to, please contact us .

We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country.

In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund.

Delivery Failure Scenarios:

The package is lost, broken, or stolen before it reaches you.
WholesalesGlobal will re-send the goods or give a full refund. In practice such cases are very rare, perhaps 1 in 5000 shipments, when using courier services. Please note confirmation of such cases can take some time, so in such an event you may be advised to place a new order at your expense while the original shipment is investigated pending compensation.

An Air Mail package has not arrived after a long time.
WholesalesGlobal will give a full refund after the delivery deadline has expired. These cases are rare, and if this ever occurs, we will inform you of the delivery deadline for your package, which will be 30-60 days depending on the region. If you are dropshipping you will be advised to create a new order for your customer in the meantime.

A multi-part delivery arrives missing some items or packets.
In such a scenario you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. With the correct documentary proof through the courier company reporting process, WholesalesGlobal will re-send the goods or give a refund.

Items in the packet arrive in a damaged condition.
In such a scenario you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. Provided you follow through the correct reporting process, the goods can be handed back to the courier and WholesalesGlobal will send new goods or give a refund. If you do not immediately follow the courier’s reporting procedure, and thus no adequate documentation is available to prove the goods arrived damaged, we will offer advice on a case-by-case basis about whether you can return the goods to China for replacements or a refund.

A shipment is delayed, turned back, or seized by Customs
If the Customs issue was your responsibility, you are liable. If the failed delivery was due to mis-handling by WholesalesGlobal, you will receive compensation when the case is resolved. Such cases are unusual but it is important you are aware of your responsibilities in such a case. Please refer to the more detailed notes on this issue here.

General Delivery Failure Cases Where You Accept Liability

You (or the consignee) must accept delivery of the goods and comply with any applicable procedures/charges from your local Customs.

If the delivery fails because:

• you were not at home or the courier could not contact you
• the delivery details were wrong
• the recipient fails to accept the goods
• the courier cannot satisfactorily verify the identity of the person attempting to receive the goods
• the courier cannot deliver to a remote area or invalid address
• delivery fails due to war, disaster, etc
• other similar scenarios beyond our control

The choice of courier varies according to country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: DHL, FedEx, and UPS. China EMS is also available for certain countries.

Small orders can also be shipped very cheaply by Air Mail. The option will appear automatically in the checkout if your goods weight is not too high (about 2kg).

For bulk orders we can also arrange to make the goods available at our warehouse for your own forwarder to collect, or we can offer good freight rates for bulk air shipment or sea freight.

Air express courier: after dispatch from the WholesalesGlobal warehouse in Shenzhen, China, the shipment goes to the airport in Hong Kong or in Guangzhou, and goes to your nearest major logistics hub. From there the goods are delivered by the courier’s local services.

Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, WholesalesGlobal will assist as much as possible.

• WholesalesGlobal delivers to every country (except within Mainland China – we are export only). Different shipping methods are available for different countries.

• When you order we will provide any necessary advice and assistance about importing to your country.
