<strong>1. Return and full refund</strong></p>
<p>&#8211;Products with quality problems, if notified in 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.</p>
<p>&#8211;Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give you a full refund.</p>
<p><strong>2. Replacement</strong></p>
<p>&#8211;Products with quality problems, if notified within 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.</p>
<p>&#8211;Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.</p>
<p>&#8211;We will all the necessary pay shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.</p>
<p><strong>3. Repair</strong></p>
<p>&#8211;Products with quality problems, if notified within 1 year (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired.</p>
<p>&#8211;Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.</p>

<p>Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.</p>
